Guest Sketching - A4 Watercolour

Service Description

Live GUEST sketching is a great way to entertain guests and memorialize your special day. Not only do you and your guests get a keepsake portraits forever as a guest favour, but it's an experience for you and your guests to enjoy seeing a moment captured in real-time on paper. I'll arrive about 30 min before your guest arrival to set up my table and get started on sketching guests as they come in. I'll continue to sketch while the event is occurring and continue taking pictures of the guests and placing them in the 'sketching queue' if there is any more time left. Each person portrait takes about 5-10 minutes, so if we have a family of 4 that needs to be painted - approximate time for that watercolour portrait is 25 minutes. I'll be taking photos and videos before and throughout the event to make sure I capture everything to reference when continuing the sketching. You can also prepare a list of guests that you would like me to paint for sure during the wedding/ceremony. Please allocate 10 min per person while making sketching plans. Example: If you are booking me for 6 hours - that means the approximate number of people I can sketch would be 40. That can then become a various number of sheets, as some people prefer to have a group portraits, some individual portraits. By the end of the event, guests should be able to take home a completed sketches from my collection table to cherish forever.
